My 3g and 2g both r activated and my net data balance is cutting from 2g. If I deactivate my 2g service will i gain my 3g speed…… pls tell
and what about the 2g net data balance after deactivate will it go or will be there upto validity date.. pls tell

Aditya for support with BSNL 3G please go to BSNL nearest office, also I did not get how did you recharge with a 2G recharge if you do that 3G would have got disabled and you would downgrade yourself to 2G plan.

I have a problem pls help me…
I purchased new bsnl 3g sim on 1/11/11 and I got 50 mb data(3g), and than i recharged with 98RS (for 2G plan).
For that day the download speed was more than 300 kbps on 7.2 mbps airtel modam but now the download speed is only 20 kbps.
Pls help me regarding speed.

Hello ranjit,
I have sony ericsson w910i and xperia arc movile.
As in w910 i cant acess dat in my defoult browser and from opera mini also but i can conect it to my laptop and i can acess data in laptop.
As in xperia arc i can acess data in defoult browser but i cant get conected to my pc wia wifi or usb.
I have bsnl 3g card of 128kb. Gujarat. Why it hapens? How can i conect my pc from xperia arc ?

The BSNL 3G network is not available in every village but in most of the cities and towns in India, the speed should be the same as normal 3G SIM.

Hello Mr. Verma,

I am glad that 3G is working fine on our phone, I cannot comment much about video calls coz I haven’t tried it on the Samsung Galaxy II.

Try the Skype application (Download it via market place) as the new version supports Video calls on 3G and it mentions that it works on Samsung Galaxy II.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply for my previous comment dated 14-07-2011. Now i am able to access 3g bsnl network after updating my phone Samsung galaxy S-II again on their server. But still whenever i want to make a video call, it says “call has been lost” and does not allow me to make any video call. I have no problem in making voice call though. Is it service provider issue or handset issue?
