Reaching customer service for Reliance tel / broadband services

28 June 2009 No Comment

I have a reliance landline as it was provided with the broadband connection and it had a dedicated button to reach reliance customer care which is a great coz with just a touch of a button you can reach customer service.

Recently my reliance telephone landline went dead though the internet was working fine, the problem was that how do I contact reliance customer care now, the toll free number 1800-3000-7777 was always giving me a busy tone, well I did find out that there are a couple of other ways to reach them.

You can try visiting there online complaint page via this link.  well I do not know if it works properly but this did no work in my case, after a bit of searching got to their support pages and found out these two numbers 303 37777 / 1800-3000-7777.  I tried both the number with my BSNL landline and it did not work this first number it said is invalid and the second number always gave me a busy tone.

Later on I tried the first number with my cell number by adding the city code, for me it’s hyderabad so it is (040) – 303 37777 and it did work and I was able to register my complaint via the IVR system. I was also able to track the complaint online via visiting the complaint page link and entering the complaint number.

If you have a reliance mobile phone you can also reach customer service calling * 333
