Motorola Atrix 2 is a budget dual core Android phone and this model is the successor to to the Atrix that was launched last year, this Atrix 2 sports a 4.3″ LCD screen with a qHD resolution has 8 GB internal storage with 1 GB Ram and sports the 1 Ghz dual core processor and I do the unboxing and give you an overview of the same.
Though this Motorola Atrix 2 phone currently ships with Android 2.3 aka Gingerbread this phone is going to get the ICS aka Android 4.0 later this year official via Motorola.

@abhim7: It’s micro HDMI slot…. phones do not have standard HDMI slot… u can buy a cable which has micro HDMI to HDMI can connect it to your TV.
Check Galaxy Ace plus…… if u look hard in local stores might be able to get for 13.5 to 14K.

I’m pretty tight on the budget and can’t go beyond 23k but don’t mind waiting if there’s something better coming up in next few months around this budget.
Also, will this phone be getting ICS update in India.

your are doing only unboxing videos now a days. your early videos were far better than these videos because they contained lot of different type of technology
If you notice….. I have reviewed all the products that I have unboxed till date…. its just that I do not like to review products quickly in 3-4 days I like to test them thoroughly for a couple of weeks and during the last few weeks I had a lot of new products to test so the reviews are getting a bit delayed that the normal schedule…. but be sure I will review all the products that I unbox.

Well, this phone has a great screen. Just because it doesn’t have a Super AMOLED screen doesn’t mean it is bad. I own this phone, so trust me.
Yeah the screen is decent quality….. and overall the phone is pretty good.

hi Ranjit this is uday i need a small info abt the confusion i have in ma mind is lappy which i was planning to buy was dell 15z but my friend suggest me to go for apple macpro kindly clear my query that which is good n apple is to high to my budget n only thing is we can retrieve the crash probles easy in mac but not in windows kive me a solution for this kindly ill b waiting 4 ur reply thanq

The thing is Dell will come loaded with Windows 7 and the Macbook Pro Mac OS X Lion so look around what software license you already own if you already are having plenty of windows s/w taken that into account coz you would also need to purchase new compatible s/w for the Mac its just not the hardware cost and windows 7 is pretty stable OS…. I do not review laptops but heard that Dell XPS lineup is pretty decent.

I am bit confused with HTC Sensation and Atrix-2,
i am looking forward to purchase it within this weak till 5th/march/2012. my budget is around 20-22K and this will be my 1st ANDROID Mob, i have searched many videos on youtube and i find HTC sensation quite good (basic NEEDs- beside calling i like to take snaps, love using apps, and some times play games)
i am a BANKER by profession so HTC sensation seems bit Professional to me on Youtube Videos, more than that the Aesthetics are quite appealing
So RANJIT Sir, i just want to ask you
what you would recommend coz these 2 mob are almost same in spec’s and price is 22k for sensation and 20k for Atrix-2.
I am in URGENT need for ur suggestion about this

also keep in mind the durability and quality of both HTC sensation and Motorola atrix-2
coz i am not a frequent changer of mobiles, after investing 22K in mobile i won’t be switching to other mobile for next 5 years.
so i just looking for very much DURABLE kind of mobile which could at-least last for 5 years.
Durability is my 1st and foremost priority so if you rule out HTC sensation it hardly bothers me

No idea about the AT&T version coz I have got the chance to play with same, officially in India you cannot buy the AT&t version and Motorola India will not even honor that warranty.
The AT&T version is basically the same, but it supports AT&T’s 4G network and has AT&T apps.

Yes it should work, personally I did not test it, but you will need to purchase that special micro HDMI to HDMI cable to connect it to your TV / Projector.

atrix 2 has very professional look. great design and very good menu.. really satisfy about this phone.main thing is it has radio. coz most of motorola android phones not coming with fm radio. even atrix 1. but this one has radio (but i have at&t version) and im from colombo sri lanka.
i also have at&t version. its cool working great…the main thing is at&t version is locked for 4G… so we cant choose network type
