Sorry Mohammed I cannot help you with the same coz I am no longer using this mobile phone now.

The best thing you could do is a software reset but backup your-data before you do the same.

i got dis mobile about one year ago no problem at all but these days its oftn its showing memory low delete some data n suddenly it’l hanggggg so pls suggest me wat do i do plz help me

I don’t know why you guys are now buying this outdated phone there are lot of better phones in the market this is a very old model.

If you are planing to go for a smart phone go for the android based phones they are too good or if on a budget can opt for a symbian based phone.

This is the worst phone i have come accross. Thought it has lot of features but not all of them work properly. To top it all the after sales service and support is very poor.

dont purchase HTC p3400i .i am facing many problems.
1.many times i am not getting calls/messages.and my friends are able hear the ring.but for me,i am not getting any call.not even missed call.
and some times when i am listening songs through headphones.sound is coming out like Speaker on.

and warranty is finished last dec.so now dont know whom to contact.

if you have any solution please let me know.
