The Asus WL 330N3G is a very unique product which is one of the world’s smallest 6 in 1 multifunctional Wifi N router and is a ideal device for some one who travels a lot and needs WiFi functionality, it can also act as a 3G Wifi router by using a 3G USB datacard.
I have made a video about the unboxing of this Asus WL 330N3G travel router and give a hardware overview about this device.

Wow! I was bit shocked to see such a small router. BTW, thanks for the quick unboxing.
I have a question. While I understand it is a travel router, I wonder if it can run continuously for say more than a couple of days without being switched off. Will it affect the electronic devices inside this router, if I use continuously? Because I’m interested in replacing my existing modem with this one. Thanks.
cool
@pothika: Hi Potika I did not yet started testing this Wifi router, but it comes with a AC adapter so you can keep it plugged if you want and on the box it says 3 years warranty………. I will do detailed testing for a week or so before I will do a review so would be in a better position to answer your questions, but do let me know what else feature you want me to test

Hi
I came to your site while doing a search on Beam internet in Hyderaabd.
we dont have cable internet.Just 3G dongles and Reliance Netconnect+Tata photon etc.
I was looking to buy this from ITgadgets. Even though my Android phone set’s up local wifi,I want to use this 330N3G with my (Voda) Zte 3570Z (3.6 mbps ) or (Aircel)Huawei E1750c (7.2 mbps).
Kindly do a review using any 3G dongle.
Your youtube videos are helpful.Your voice will sound better if you wear a mic near your face (echo is their now)
Thanks
Hi Kevin yes I am going to review this unit but it will take a couple more days and I will post a detailed video review regarding the same.
I am also going to review a porable WiFi hotspot device with it’s own battery backup some thing like Miwifi, you insert the 3G Sim directly in that device but I would review that product early Oct 2011.
Cheers,
Ranjit

@sunilursmb He wants to do too much, and can not do anything.Bad product, no autonomy, requires electrical outlet. If you need a 3G router is the excellent NetGear MBR624GU, costs half as fast and 50% more than the Asus.
@sunilursmb: There is no battery backup in this model.
@Gianni6727 Yeah. It also requires a 3G USB Modem to be connected.. Lame. I finally bought a Micromax MMX400r and am happy with it. It directly works with a SIM card…
