    Hello,

My Xbox 360 just got RROD yesterday. I read your review for comparing PS3 and 360. You said you got 4 360′s replaced due to RROD.

    I bought my Xbox360 10 months ago.
Can you please tell me the procedure to inform Microsoft about it? Do i have to do it through the retail outlet from where i bought it, or directly contact microsoft?

Can you please give me some contact numbers in microsoft so that i can contact them as soon as possible.

I am presently having a Bangalore BSNL Prepaid 2G Super Power Pack Mobile connection and am using Nokia 7210 Supernova hand set. GPRS is also activated for my connection. I wish to know if I can migrate to 3G without 3G Handset & apply for 3G USIM / 3G connection and use the new USIM in my 2G NOKIA 7210 Supernova Handset and avail of some limited 3G facilities like normal voice calls, mail, SMS, larger memory USIM, higher speed internet browsing etc with higher speed than GPRS without the Video calls facility. I know can get video calls only with 3G hand set. I am basically keen only for browsing/EMailing & SMS / normal calls. I do not need the video calls facility as most of my contacts / friends & relatives will not change over to 3G handsets and hence Video calls will not be useful for me. Also, With my present 2G power pack connection I get 300 free LOCAL SMS every month. Will I lose these free local SMS I now have for super power pack if I change over to a 3G connection ?
