Kingston HyperX SSD on a Mac

I had unboxed the Kingston HyperX 120 GB SSD drive a couple of days ago and I installed the same on a Mac and I show you how it performs on a Mac OS X computer. I also compare it to a normal Hard-disk, this HyperX is a high performance SSD drive from Kingston and it blew me away with it’s ultra fast performance and I made a video to show you the same.

Removed Mac OS X Lion back to Snow Leopard

If you follow this site you must have know that I installed the latest version of Mac Operating system know as Mac OS X Lion on my 13″ Macbook Air (2010 model) the very next day it was launched, but now after a month I have removed Lion and I am back on Snow Leopard.

Initial Impressions about Mac OS Lion

The latest version of Mac OS called Lion was launched on 20 July, 2011 which according to apple brings about 250 new features to the operating system, for upgrading to Lion you need to have the previous version of Mac OS X called Snow Leopard and use the App Store to download Lion It’s a 3.8 GB download, I have installed Lion on my Macbook Air and here are my initial impressions.

MPlayerX Review Media Player for Mac OS X

Every Mac comes pre-installed with QuickTime X which is the standard media player for the Mac and it is pretty good but the problem with Quicktime is that it can only play back a few video formats out of the box here comes the MPlayerX which fills in the gap.
