Quality of internet connection

The one thing that most consumers don’t bother about is the quality of their broadband connection it will sound a bit wired but you may ask  it’s just an internet connection  what they heck is the quality that I am  talking about,  my friend your experience on the internet will be bad if the quality of your broadband connection is bad let me explain you.

Reliance broadband wired review

I had moved my primary internet connection from Airtel broadband to Reliance broadband (wired) also know as Reliance Broadnet connection due to the fact that I did not find any of the new Airtel plans to be satisfactory and the absurd FUP (Fair Usage Policy)  that are being enforced these days. This new Reliance connection is a true unlimited broadband connection without any FUP policy.

3G Broadband or Wired Broadband Internet Connection

TRAI 512Kbps as minimum broadband speeds from Jan 2011

TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) has suggested that the minimum broadband speed should be 512kbps from Jan 2011, currently the minimum speed to label and internet connection as broadband internet connection is 256kbps, the last broadband revolution in India started in 2004 when TRAI labeled the minimum speeds to be 256kbps for broadband connections when Pvt ISP were offering 64kbps as broadband.

New Airtel unlimited broadband plans are a mockery

I have praised Airtel broadband a lot in the past, they were one of the finest broadband providers in terms of speeds service and fastest broadband plans but lately I have to say think twice before you take up a Airtel broadband connection, Airtel has started this FUP (Fair Usage Policy) clause a couple of years ago and the limit was fair 100 GB of usage per month and there after your speed gets reduce to half.
